We deeply value your client experience. To ensure we have the capacity to provide exceptional service and a happy salon visit, we have a few guidelines to ensure we can operate effectively as a business.

1. BRINGING ALONG CHILDREN AND OTHER GUESTS
Due to our growing team and one on one style servicing, we will be asking that all clients attend their appointments solo.
While we have adored meeting your little ones, we kindly ask that you find alternative care for them on the day of your appointment with the exception of new borns (under 12 months) who we know may need to stay with you during this time.
We also ask that other family members, friends and partners do not join you during your appointments as our seats are extremely limited and reserved for clients only.
Client experience is our number one priority. We want to give our clients 100% attention to make sure you walk out feeling confident and happy with your hair.
2. NEW CLIENTS
A consultation is required for all new colour clients to Halo Hair Collective. This is free of charge to ensure we are quoting and planning your hair appointment correctly.
All new clients to HHC are required to pay a non refundable $50 booking fee to secure their colour appointment. This amount will be taken off of the total on the day of the appointment. Deposit must be paid on the day you make your booking by EFTPOS, payment link or bank transfer. A screenshot of this needs to be sent to HHC Instagram or FB page. You will receive your confirmation text 3 days before your appointment.
If you fail to show up to your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice for any reason the $50 will be forfeited, and a new booking fee must be paid to reschedule or make a future booking. In the event that HHC need to change/reschedule your appointment, your deposit will not be effected.
3. EXISTING CLIENTS
All existing clients of HHC need to give no less than 48 hours to reschedule or cancel their appointment, otherwise a $50 cancellation fee may be payable. In the case of an emergency please contact the team as soon as possible.
You will receive your confirmation text 3 days before your appointment.
4. CHANGING YOUR SERVICES
You will get a confirmation text 3 days before your appointment, so if you wish to change or minimise the services you have booked, please do so with no less than 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will mean HHC will charge you for what was originally booked in.
5. RE-DOING YOUR SERVICES
If you are unhappy with your results from your visit to HHC please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. That way we can get you back in to have a look at what can be done to achieve the look you are after. We provide thorough consultations to avoid this from happening, but understand sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you have been elsewhere, or have attempted to do your hair at home in-between seeing us, we will not provide a re do service.
